This mod swaps out the gold pickup sound effect in Stellar Blade with the classic Mario coin SFX for a fun and nostalgic twist. Perfect for those who want to add a bit of Nintendo charm to their gameplay.
What’s Changed:
- Replaces the default gold pickup SFX
- Keeps other item pickup sounds intact (Polymers, etc.)
- Balanced volume: loud in quiet areas, adaptive in loud scenes
Creator Notes:
- No requests accepted for variations

- Version with muted general item pickups was tested but not included due to immersion loss
Installation Instructions:
- Download and extract the mod files
- Go to your game directory:
Steam\steamapps\common\StellarBladeDemo\SB\Content\Paks - Create a folder named
~modsif it doesn’t exist - Drop the
.pak,.ucas, and.utocfiles into the~modsfolder - Done! Launch the game and enjoy the Mario coin chime when collecting gold
